New York, California, and Florida dominate the list with more than $12 Billion in luxury listings. The average price of a home on the list is $18 million.
Who are the owners of these mansions? A survey shows that 73% of home owners who own at least one home valued at $25 million or above are younger than 55 and are self-made millionaires.
